Toilet Paper Saving Roads in Colorado
Toilet paper is saving the cracked roads of a city in Colorado.
City workers in Littleton, Colorado have used bathroom tissue paper to seal the cracks on over one-hundred-and-twenty streets. Using a paint roller, toilet paper was applied over fresh tar, filling the asphalt cracks. Apparently the tissue absorbs oil from the tar and keeps it from sticking to pedestrians shoes, cars, and bikes. This enables local traffic to resume normally.
It is said that the biodegradable paper will break down and be gone in a couple of days.
